• FREE 10 minute Zoom introduction – A short initial chat to understand your needs and see how we can support you.
• One hour 1:1 support session – A tailored consultation to explore any issue or topic you’d like help with.
• 30 minute follow up call - After your initial 1:1 support session, you'll also receive a 30-minute follow-up call to check in on your progress. This is a chance to review any actions you’ve taken, discuss what's working well, and identify any further support you may need. It ensures you feel confident, supported, and fully equipped to move forward.
